The Omni 360 Advisors story developed from a combined passion for the service with excellence. Here is how a 25 year relationship resulted in the Princeton Financial group and Shah total planning group coming together to provide a comprehensive, client-centric service team consisting of integrated tax, legal, financial, investment, business, and risk management planning.

Tom Colitsas began working from his basement over forty years ago as a tax and accounting professional focused not just on the numbers but on practical solutions for the client. Tom, a true entrepreneur, felt the best way to grow his business was to ensure his clients prospered. For his business clients that meant going beyond the spreadsheet and understanding the clients’ operations. For his personal clients it meant giving them the financial advice they would need both in times of austerity and prosperity. When he founded PFG firm, Tom wanted to create a life- long relationship with his clients. Forty years, later he can honestly say that for many of his clients he has done that and more.

Jim Colitsas joined the firm in 2000 after working for Ernst & Young in Manhattan and earning his CPA designation. Like his father, he finds the opportunity to help people build their futures on a one-to-one basis far more rewarding and he’s looking forward to guiding the firm his father founded well into the future.

In 2012, Linda Farinola CFP®/CFA, EA merged her company Sound Financial Solutions, Inc., an independent, registered investment advisor, into the group as PFG – Financial Planning & Management, offering expertise in financial planning, investments and retirement plans. In response to clients' growing needs, the team expanded services into Life, Disability and Long-Term Care Insurance to protect it's clients' income and wealth.

NEEL SHAH ESQ, CFP®, CEPA founded the law office of Neel Shah in 2001, and eventually the law firm Shah and Associates in 2009. After having conducted thousand of real estate, corporate and business transactions Shah team responded to his clients needs by transitioning to an exclusive advisory law practice focused in tax, trusts and real estate planning, Having never lost his passion for personal finance and investment management after obtained his masters degree in finance in college, Neel ultimately founded Beacon Wealth Solutions in 2016, a registered investment advisory firm. Both firms collectively would be known as Shah Total Planning, signifying, the all encompassing result of integrated legal and financial planning.

The goal for Shah Total Planning was simple: create and implement plans for a client's Life(financial planning, investment management, tax planning) and Legacy (Wills, Trust, Asset Protection Planning) in ethical and professional manner, always acting in the client's best interest.
