OMNI 360 Advisors is a multidisciplinary advisory firm serving businesses and individuals through their financial journey.

Job Summary – The client liaison or service associate is a supporting role of the Private Client Team. Responsibilities include:

  • Fielding client inquires and direct client to resolution
  • Administering client data gathering and maintenance
  • Scheduling client meetings
  • Preparing client reports
  • Responding to administrative client queries
  • Facilitate communication between professional disciplines

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensuring timely response to all client correspondence and inquiries
  • Identifying opportunities to improve client service processes
  • Support client advisory in ensuring accuracy of presentation materials, preparing for meeting and following up with post-meeting deliverable
  • Assisting with client onboarding and evolving participation in additional client meetings within the first year.
  • Building trusted, collaborative relationship with our custodians’ operations teams and TAMP to properly and accurately execute deposits, withdrawals and other transactions.
  • Collate and process tax returns
  • Ensure relevant account information is available to tax accountants, legal or trust disciplines

Technology responsibilities include

  • Developing expertise in our firm’s technology and software tools and platforms within your first year of employment
  • Managing the Team’s CRM data

  • Is tech savvy, with the proficiency to quickly learn new technology tools, platforms, and software
  • Is open to feedback and coaching
  • Has a positive, can-do / takes ownership attitude

Education / Experience – We seek the following in our client services associates:

  • a strong working knowledge of Microsoft office applications including excel, word, outlook, PowerPoint
  • financial services experience helpful
  • strong writing and communication skills

Salary and Benefits – We Offer

  • Salary based on experience in the range of $22-$24 and hour
  • Performance-based incentive pay opportunity
