For the past 25 years, Neel Shah Esq, CEPA, CFP® has been dedicated to helping clients navigate all aspects of wealth, estate, and tax planning. His mission is to protect and grow his clients’ wealth through strategic and personalized legal, tax & financial solutions. Neel oversees both the lifetime & the legacy financial well-being of individuals, families, and businesses. In addition to his role as a wealth advisor, he is a seasoned attorney specializing in estate planning, business law, and tax law, bringing a comprehensive approach to wealth preservation and legal strategy.

Neel Shah is a firm believer that families, professionals, and entrepreneurs thrive when guided by independent advisors who work in concert with one another. As a Fiduciary & an Attorney, his approach to investment management and financial planning is entirely independent, ensuring that every recommendation is aligned with the client’s best interests. What sets Neel apart as a wealth management advisor is his extensive expertise across multiple disciplines, including taxes, finance, and law.

In addition to his roles as a wealth manager, tax strategist, and attorney, Neel is a highly sought-after speaker. He holds the Certified Financial Planner™ designation and has a B.S. in Finance as well as a J.D. in Law. As an experienced attorney, Neel brings a deep understanding of estate planning, business law, and tax law, ensuring that his clients receive comprehensive legal and financial guidance. Neel is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University (B.S. Finance) the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law – Yeshiva University (Juris Doctorate – Law)).
