About You 

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 2+ years of direct client-facing experience (financial services experience a plus or relevant financial planning degree 
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills; team-orientated approach 
  • Knowledge of financial industry, financial products, and financial concepts 
  • Clean U4 
  • CFP®, CFA or EA/CPA/ PFS preferred. 
  • Series 65 within 120 days of employment

About the Position (Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities) 

  • Develops a mastery of Omni 360 Wealth, Inc.’s investment philosophy & other investment products
  • Resource for others at OMNI  
  • Create, edit, and present financial plans and reports using Emoney, Nitrogen, Money Guide Pro, Orion, and Holistiplan 
  • Creates a personalized Investment Policy Statement and holistic investment strategy for each client. 
  • Ability to independently lead client communications and interactions
  • Develop an understanding of the fundamentals of trading. Partner with the Portfolio Management team to approve & execute portfolios, trade recommendations, tax loss harvesting, etc
  • Determine asset allocation based on clients’ needs, risk tolerance and capacity 
  • Diligent recording of client communication and information within client relationship management platform 
  • Serves as the day-to-day contact for client needs and collaborates with team members to ensure quality service
  • Assist with client billing reviews and collaborate with the billing department to ensure fees are collected and calculated correctly 
  • Engages in business planning efforts and actively supports the firm’s strategic priorities
  • Participate in retirement plan servicing 
  • Liaison for advisory clients accessing multiple service departments 
  • Ability to meet with clients in person & via Zoom. Some travel may be required
  • Mainly in office initially, hybrid opportunities 
  • Full-time, salaried position with performance incentives, health benefits and 401(k)
