As an active member of his community Jim as enjoyed working with a variety of charities over the years and is currently on the board for Trinity Counseling Services, Project Freedom and Diversity Discovered. When he is not working, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife, Maya, and their two kids, Tommy and Bella and their dog Spike. He is a proud alumnus of Rutgers University, where he received both his undergraduate degree and his MBA, and, most importantly, met his wife.
