She manages document-execution logistics—coordinating in-person signings, scheduling notaries and witnesses, and ensuring all legal formalities are handled accurately and efficiently. Known for her clear communication and attention to detail, Eva brings structure and warmth to every client interaction.

When clients or team members need clarity or updates, Eva is often the first point of contact. Her responsiveness and professionalism help uphold Omni’s standards of intentional communication, timeliness, and exceptional client care.

A BRIEF HISTORY

Eva serves as a dedicated liaison for clients during the estate planning process. She oversees scheduling, legal file management, and coordination across multiple stages of each matter, ensuring clients feel supported and informed from start to finish.

Whether organizing meetings, preparing case-status updates, or maintaining accurate legal documentation, Eva keeps both clients and the internal team aligned. Her role is essential in onboarding new clients and ensuring each engagement proceeds smoothly and confidently.
