ABOUT Tom

Tom has over 45 years of business experience. But, at the core of it all, Tom is a businessman and an entrepreneur.
Tom services clients in a variety of industries but is a true expert in the areas of franchises and corporate workouts. In fact, he is often called upon as a resource by other professionals, both inside and outside the firm, in these areas.

A BRIEF HISTORY

In addition to his numerous hours spent building this practice over the past four decades, Tom has also been an active public servant. He served as a New Jersey State Real Estate Commissioner from 1981 to 1989. He was President of the Board of Managers for the Mercer County Donnelly Hospital, a geriatric hospital for the indigent, from 1979 to 1986. He also served as a New Jersey Legislative aide from 1986 to 1988.

Tom currently serves on the Board of Directors for I.A.F.O and ARC which he is also Treasurer and is on the Board of Directors for the Plainsboro Housing Authority. He was previously on the board of DDIFO for 6 years. He is a member in the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey Society of Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Enrolled Agents.
