ABOUT KEISY
Keisy Oviedo brings more than ten years of administrative and client-service experience to her role at Omni. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and warm communication style. Keisy excels at supporting both clients and internal teams, ensuring information is handled accurately and interactions remain clear and efficient.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and continuing her personal and professional growth.
A BRIEF HISTORY
Keisy’s background spans healthcare, business operations, and educational administration. Before joining Omni, she served as an Administrator for a children’s dance studio, overseeing daily operations, managing student accounts, and coordinating communication among staff, families, and leadership.
She previously worked as both a Business Office Manager and Human Resources Director for a nursing and rehabilitation facility, where she handled billing, payroll, resident financial accounts, hiring, onboarding, and employee support. Earlier roles in medical offices further strengthened her experience with scheduling, insurance verification, EMR systems, and client coordination.
Fluent in English and Spanish and experienced across multiple administrative disciplines, Keisy brings professionalism, dependability, and a client-first mindset to her work at Omni.
